Dennis is the Founder, President & CEO of Meritech. He is a graduate of Ohio University where he earned his bachelor degree in Business Administration. Dennis earned his accounting certification while working at a local CPA firm. He started Meritech in 1978 on a five hundred dollar loan which has grown into a multi-million dollar locally owned business. His passion & dedication has led to a successful business, employing over a hundred team members.

Dennis is married with three children. He enjoys golfing, skiing & traveling with his family.

Letter from the President


VP of Operations

Mary Ann joined Meritech in 1989 and is responsible for overseeing the operations of the organization. She focuses on responding to customer needs and believes that great customer service builds loyalty. Her core values reflect that success is achieved through passion and commitment to our customers and employees. Giving back to the community is what it’s all about. By her leadership, Meritech is growing a positive team and family spirit.

Mary Ann is married with three children. When she is not working she enjoys entertaining, traveling with her husband & family, exercising & living a healthy lifestyle.


VP of Sales

Ken began his career in 1992 at Meritech working for his family’s business. As Vice President of sales, Ken directs and develops the selection, training, structure and motivation of Meritech’s sales teams. Through his leadership & drive, Meritech has achieved double digit growth over the past several years.

Ken has three young children that keep him active. He enjoys spending time at the family’s vacation house “down south” & outdoor activities including golfing, camping & hiking.



Irene joined Meritech in 1991 as a staff accountant. With her BBA credentials and professional dedication, she became the controller three years later. Irene processes monthly financial statements & provides detailed G/L analysis. She is the main contact for all business-related financial operations.

Irene is a working wife and a mother of three children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to distant exotic places with her husband. Church-related functions & activities also form a part of her busy schedule.


Director of Service

Andy joined Meritech in 1984 as part of the Installation/Technical team. Over the years he has held many jobs including Supervisor, Logistics Manager, Technical Trainer and most recently the Director of Service. He has helped assemble an award winning team of technicians and with his leadership provide superior service to our customers.

Andy met his wife Tracy at Meritech and have four children that they are very proud of. They enjoy family activities including cooking out, sports, gardening & generally anything outdoors.


Director of Sales

Greg joined Meritech in October 2017 as Director of Sales. He brings over 20 plus years of industry and technology based experience to his role. His passion for solutions and the Beyond Office Equipment experience will allow companies to increase their productivity, viability and marketplace differentiation while driving profitability to their bottom line.

Greg is a 3rd generation native of Colorado. He relocated to Ohio in 2001 where he currently resides with wife, two children and grandson. Outside of work, Greg enjoys the theater & arts, golf and fly fishing and time with his family.


Sales Manager West Side

Mary joined Meritech in 2009, but has been in the industry for a total of 14 years. She was able to grow from a DTS representative into the West Side Sales Manager for the last 3 years. Mary believes that her success in the industry has been based on her honesty & integrity.

Mary has lived in the Cleveland area her entire life, is married to a wonderful husband, and has two beautiful daughters. When she is not working, she spends most of her free time with her family boating & spending time at the beach.


General Manager - Akron

Terry Goostree came to Meritech in 2005 as a senior color specialist and worked his way up to the position of general manager of our Akron office. He brings more than 23 years of sales, customer service and management experience in the business technology field to manage Meritech’s Sales and Service teams. Terry has earned degrees and certifications in IT, software applications, Unified Communications and MFP hardware. Today, his focus is on continuing to expand Meritech’s customer base, products and services in the Greater Akron marketplace.

Terry lives in Akron, is married and loves to spend time with his five children. He enjoys watching his children play sports, coaches several sports and is a member of the Ohio Army National Guard.


Sales Manager East Side

Richard Rieck joined Meritech in 2014. He has played an instrumental role in developing our East side team of Technology Consultants, as well as strengthening our partnerships within the East Side business community. Rich fit right in to the Meritech culture, exceeding goals within his first month. His success thus far in his career has been based on the professional responsiveness and mutual respect he has for his colleagues as well as his customers. After 18 years of industry experience, Rich feels that he has finally found his home at Meritech.

Outside of the office Rich likes to play golf, softball, and mostly anything outdoors. Rich is very family oriented. He likes to spend time with his mother, two older sisters, and nephew who is currently studying at Kent State University.


Support Manager

Brian joined Meritech in 1994. Through the years he has performed numerous roles & responsibilities. He started in the warehouse working his way through learning all operations of the company. Currently, Brian resides as the manager of our M Support Department. Creating true partnerships is Brian’s passion and commitment to Meritech’s customers.

When Brian is not focused on customer service, he enjoys golfing, boating and anything involved with Ohio State.
