I have been a Clevelander all of my life. When I first started Meritech in 1978, I envisioned a company that could serve the growing needs of a business community that depended upon reliable, quality office equipment. As technology rapidly grew and changed, I aligned with the most forward-thinking manufacturers and soon learned that customer service and reliability were the most important aspects of the business. What began as a two-man operation with a zero customer base now consists of over 100 employees and maintains over 16,000 pieces of equipment in Northeast Ohio.

Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence has paved the way for Meritech to be the premier servicing dealer in Northeast Ohio, and the oldest office equipment company in Cuyahoga County still owned and operated by its original founder.
