You asked us specific questions related to our usage history, desired copier features, and best copier locations to optimize the user experience. The pre-installation planning meetings covered all of the necessary basics and gave us a chance to tailor the configuration to our specific needs and wants. Meritech’s technical team was able to work with our network engineers prior to installation, so that many of the necessary configuration settings were pre-loaded onto the copiers thus making the deployment process seamless.

Our new copiers are fast, efficient, fully featured, and user friendly. We can copy in black & white/color, scan, save to the cloud, use OCR features, and send to our email accounts with ease. The user interface is the same on all of copiers; the consistency of appearance makes the learning curve easier for everyone. Our users are validated via their Active Directory accounts and/or via a key card. Our students love that they now have access to a copier as well as we were able to set up specific permissions granting students access to only the library copier (while blocking them from all other copiers on campus). The installation of PaperCut as our print management system adds an additional level of value to the overall experience.
